In case of a refusal of data processing, if your statement was not binding, the decision will be done by the holder in due course regarding the relevancy of data and the consequences for the business relationship.
The confidential data are passed on the habitual business partners within the limits for the realization of the processing:
credit institutions (concerning encashment and payment on account of fulfillment of contractual obligations in compliance with agreements),
financial administration, public administration and other authorities and institutions (if provided for),
representatives, experts and consultants, service companies which process specific assignments for Rabanser Florian, Bruel 9, 39046 Ortisei, according to their purpose.
